Return Policy 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Final Sale items like undergarments and items labeled as final sale are non-returnable and cannot be returned for Store Credit since sales are considered Final.

For exchange

We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy below and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size and/or color. Orders placed with store credit are considered a final sale.

Return Policy & Procedures 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • we do not give return labels at the moment, you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Royal Midas E-Gift Card not including shipping charges.
  •  Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns as we are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Royal Midas LLC will not be able to issue store credit for your returns.
  • Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to COVID- 19 season.

Make sure shipping addresses are correct since you will bear the cost to reship the item(s).
